Space Rental for Classes
Are you a health care practitioner that would like to teach an evening or weekend class? Coherence is committed to community outreach and education. We know that learning in community enables and stimulates powerful healing potential. The center offers a beautiful space for health and wellness classes, as well as continuing education classes. The space has hosted nutrition, lifestyle health and wellness, acupuncture, and massage classes, and will be adding support groups for grief and anxiety. Coherence offers a convenient location, ample parking, serene environment, and competitive daily rates. Acupuncture Internships
Coherence Acupuncture and Wellness Center now offers acupuncture internships for licensed providers. Many providers get through training but are lacking confidence, skills or experience to create a polished seamless treatment experience for patients. Some may just need a little more time to fill in any gaps not covered in acupuncture training, or more time to finesse certain skills. The internship experience provides the intern an opportunity to observe, ask questions, discuss and receive solid feedback on skills and techniques. The length and duration of the internship period is tailored to the specific needs of each provider. The internship encompasses shadowing and observation; discussion of diagnosis (including tongue and pulse), and treatment planning; and treating under supervision if internship requirements are met.
