Harmony and peace in the home, workplace, educational institution or any organization can be challenging at times. Research and common sense tells us that our environment and the level of stress and anxiety in our environments can have a negative impact on our physical, emotional and mental health. And this includes conflict that is left to smolder and remain unresolved. My strength, training and passion is to facilitate peace and harmony where needed. To assist those who may not be equipped to settle and resolve pressing issues, so that movement forward and healing can take place.
